Velocity Motors LLC – Return & Refund Policy

At Velocity Motors LLC, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our rental policies.

Deposit & Booking Requirements

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your ATV rental date.

The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel at least 4 days prior to your scheduled rental date, we will refund your deposit in full.

If you cancel less than 4 days in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for any refunds.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 4 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
