Velocity Motors LLC ("we", "us") is a mobile auto repair business. This policy explains what information we collect when you request service, receive an estimate or invoice, or text with us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and the address where you'd like the work done.
- Vehicle details: license plate and state, VIN, year, make, model, mileage, and the problems you describe.
- Service records: estimates, work performed, invoices, payments, inspection results, and electronic signatures (including the time and the internet address used to sign).
- Messages: emails and text messages you exchange with us.
How we use it
- To schedule and perform service on your vehicle.
- To send estimates, invoices, receipts, appointment updates and vehicle-ready notices.
- To remind you when maintenance is due.
- To ask for feedback or a review after a completed job.
- To keep records required for our business, taxes, and any warranty on our work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Our email, text messaging, and web hosting providers, which deliver our messages and store our records.
- Vehicle data services that look up your vehicle's details from its plate or VIN.
- Parts suppliers, when we order parts for your vehicle.
- Payment processors, if you pay by card.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information sharing with the subcontractors listed above (such as our messaging provider) is only to deliver our messages and provide our services.

How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop emails and texts at any time, by contacting us below. Some records (such as invoices) may need to be kept for tax purposes.
Security
Our records are stored on secured servers with encrypted connections, and access is limited to our staff.
